Daily rates per property.
Daily rates include: use of all facilities and amenities, VAT, tourist tax, wi-fi, linen, towels, water, electricity, soaps, shampoos and shower gels, weekly cleaning, final cleaning.
Daily rates do not include additional services.
€500 refundable security deposit is requested with final payment and will be returned by bank transfer after departure inspection.
We offer the following discounts on the applicable rates:
- 15% for guests staying 7 nights or longer;
- 5% for 5 guests or less.
Please notice that the two discount offers are cumulative.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Minimum stay is 5 days. Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.
Towels and bed linen are all provided and changed weekly. Additional changes available by separate negotiation.
Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.
BOOKING NOTES
A 50% refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the final balance is due 40 days prior to the arrival date. If booking is cancelled the latest 30 days prior to the arrival date the payments will be refunded. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before check-in, the guest will not be refunded.
All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest. By confirming your booking and paying in advance you confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions and that you accept them.
